Volt Capital is looking for a Trading Operations specialist to join the firm. You’ll be working closely with the partners, venture partners, and the growing investment + research labs team.

About You

• Described as “too degen for the tradfi crowd, too tradfi for the degen crowd:” you sit squarely in the middle
• Type A operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with investing team on portfolio documentation and management post-investment
• Design and implement comprehensive trading systems that balance aggressive execution with robust risk management
• Manage all aspects of trade capture, reporting, custody, and settlement
• Maintain relationships with digital asset exchanges, OTC dealers, and market makers
• Ensure operational processes are fully documented, tested, and adequately supported
• Collaborate with the CFO & accounting team on quarterly financial and annual reporting
• Leverage blockchain explorers, trading platforms, and other relevant software and tools to reconcile and monitor the activity of different digital assets across both internal ledgers and external systems (exchanges, custodians, etc.)
• Stay ahead of developments in the crypto industry, gaining a deep understanding of tokens, protocols, and verticals like staking and governance. Use this expertise to inform operational strategy and execution.
